I have constipation problem for last 5 years. I am vegetarian, teetotaler, non-smoker and 64 years old. I take one tablet of eltroxin (100mcg) daily for thyroid, one tablet of covamlo for blood pressure and one tablet of riomet od 500 for diabetes. I also take one tablet of ASA for blood thinning. In food I take food rich in fibre.
